What is 'Ask MyRadix'?

Ask MyRadix is the conversation module: you ask a question and get a reflective answer that takes your own chart, current transits and our knowledge library into account. Each conversation is called a reflection and is saved.

What are the letters?

Letters to you: MyRadix writes a letter about the period ahead — what is moving, when it is likely to become noticeable, and one thing to take with you. You don't write them yourself; they are written from your chart and the current sky and kept so you can read them back later. There are also relationship letters about the dynamic between two people. Letters are part of Premium. All your letters come together in Year in View, so you can look back month by month.

What is the Life Book?

Your Life Book is where your reflections, notes and moments come together. You can save answers from Ask MyRadix, so over time you can see what was going on and what changed. Saved insights and completed reports also appear in this timeline — they belong to the period in which they arose.

Insights is your personal library of everything you save with the 'Save as insight' button: reflections, chart fragments and your own notes. You'll find them collected on the Insights page, and the same insights also appear in your Life Book timeline.

Each overview describes which movements in the sky touch your chart and which themes you might recognise — descriptive and reflective, never a prediction. What is the Zeitgeist and how should I read it?

The Zeitgeist is a general monthly sketch: it describes the astronomical movements and themes of that month for everyone, not a personal prediction. Think of it as background music of the month — an invitation to notice what is in the air. In 'Year in View' you see a short summary per month; 'Read the letter' opens the full version. The personalized monthly letter, written specifically for you and your chart, is included in Premium.

Is the personalized monthly letter free?

No. The general Zeitgeist sketch is visible to everyone. The personal monthly letter, which connects the month's sky to your own chart and life, is part of Premium — just like the weekly letter and the personal horoscopes.

What is the solar return report (birthday report) and how is it different from the birth report?

The birth report (your birth chart) is about the moment you were born and never changes. The solar return report is written around your birthday: it describes the themes of the life year that then begins. You'll find it under Reports and in Year in View, in your birthday month.

Can I get the daily reflection by email?

Yes. You can sign up on the homepage for the daily reflection by email — no account needed. You confirm your signup by email (double opt-in), choose Dutch or English, and can unsubscribe with one click from any email.

What is the difference between 'Your Story' and the 'Astrological Foundation'?

'Your Story' is the narrative layer: readable, personal, jargon-free. The Astrological Foundation shows, per chapter, which placements, aspects and sources sit behind it, so you can always check where something comes from. Every foundation entry carries three labels. Weight shows how strongly a placement counts in that chapter. Reliability shows how well documented the source is. Timing shows whether it is something lasting in your birth chart or a movement that is active right now.

Can I create multiple profiles?

Yes. Besides your own profile you can add profiles for a partner, children or family. Free includes 1 personal profile. Premium — 1 month and Premium — 3 months include 2 personal profiles; Premium yearly includes 4 personal profiles.

Do I need to know my exact birth time?

Accepted Answer

No. You can mark your birth time as unknown; MyRadix will still generate a meaningful chart, with time-sensitive parts (like houses and Ascendant) clearly labelled as approximate. You can update the time later.

How do I find my exact birth time?

Accepted Answer

In the Netherlands your birth time is recorded on your birth certificate. Request an 'afschrift' (a full certified copy) from the municipality where you were born — you can do this online with DigiD and pay straight away (roughly €16 to €17). Do not request an 'uittreksel', as that is a summary which usually omits the time. The copy arrives by post and delivery times vary per municipality. Elsewhere the procedure differs: check your country's civil registry or the hospital where you were born. If you can't find it, MyRadix still works — mark the time as unknown and time-sensitive parts are labelled as approximate.

Which languages are supported?

Dutch and English. Your language choice is remembered and applies everywhere — including your report, horoscopes and Ask MyRadix answers.

Where do the 'Themes for today' on my home page come from?

Accepted Answer

Those themes belong to the context you selected — work, relationships or health, for example. They are not predictions and are not recalculated daily: they are the fixed angles of that context. Tapping a theme opens a new reflection with that subject as its starting point. Use 'View context' to change which area of life gets attention.

How does the weekly letter on my home page work?

With letters switched on, MyRadix writes a new weekly letter automatically every Sunday morning. Your home page shows the most recent letter with its date so you can read it right away. If letters are still off, you can enable them there in one click. All your letters come together in Year in View, ordered by month.

Can I set a different language per profile?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The switch in the top right changes the interface between Dutch and English, and each profile can have its own preferred language for reports, horoscopes and letters. Texts already written keep their original language; new texts follow the language you set.

Where can I edit a profile's birth data?

Accepted Answer

You can edit birth data via Profile → Birth Data in the portal. There you can change or remove the date, time, birthplace and time reliability for any profile. To prevent misuse, birth data cannot be changed without limit: each profile allows one change per 90 days, with a short waiting period between changes. If you need a genuine correction, contact us at any time.

How do time zones and UTC work in MyRadix?

Always enter your birth time as the local time on your birth date. MyRadix converts it to UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) together with your birthplace for the astronomical calculations. For example, in summer time the Netherlands is UTC+2: 09:41 in Amsterdam is 07:41 UTC. In winter time the Netherlands is UTC+1.

Is astrology scientifically proven?

No, and MyRadix will never claim otherwise. We treat astrology as a rich language for reflection — not as prediction or proof.

Where do your interpretations come from?

From a curated knowledge library with published sources, references, confidence scores and versions, complemented by evidence-informed psychology. The AI may only use that recorded knowledge — it never invents astrology or calculations.

How are the calculations made?

All positions, houses, aspects, transits, progressions and synastry are computed purely astronomically by our engine. AI never touches those numbers; it only explains them.

Does MyRadix predict my future?

No. The horoscopes describe which current sky movements (transits) are active and which themes you might recognise in them. They say nothing about what will happen.

Because birth data is the basis of everything we write for you. Entering new data over and over would make it possible to produce stories for other people outside your profiles. So each profile allows one change per 90 days, with a short waiting period. Your existing story and reports stay intact; if you need a genuine correction, get in touch.

No. The public daily reflection is free for everyone. Your personal horoscope is calculated and written for you individually, so it is part of Premium.

Every Premium plan unlocks the same features; only the term, the effective monthly price and the number of profiles differ. 1 month: €7.99 per month, 2 personal profiles, cancel monthly. 3 months: €14.99 per 3 months — effectively €5.00 per month, 2 personal profiles. Yearly: €48 per year — effectively €4.00 per month and 4 personal profiles, which is the best value.

No. MyRadix is a reflection tool, not a substitute for care. If you are struggling or in crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

How does the AI handle sensitive topics?

Our safety layer screens messages before they reach the AI. At any sign of distress or self-harm the AI responds with empathy and points to real help — never to astrology.

Is astrology used to explain heavy feelings?

Never. We do not use astrology to interpret or justify anxiety, loss or suicidal thoughts. Safety always comes before astrology.

How do you protect my data?

Accepted Answer

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access runs through roles and row-level security, so nobody can reach someone else's reflections. Administrative actions are logged. On top of that we deliberately store as little as possible: no address, no phone number, no payment details on our servers.

Can I enable two-step verification (2FA)?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we recommend it. Go to Profile → Security, scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, 1Password, Bitwarden or Authy, and confirm with the six-digit code. From then on we ask for that code alongside your password. No phone number is required.

What if I lose my authenticator app?

Choose 'Forgot password' on the sign-in screen. You will receive a link at your verified email address to regain access, after which you can set two-step verification up again. So keep your email address current and well protected.

What do you do in case of a data breach?

If a breach poses a risk to you, we inform you and the Dutch Data Protection Authority within the statutory deadlines, with an honest explanation of what happened and what you can do.

What does MyRadix not discuss?

MyRadix reflects, it doesn't debate. We take no position on politics, war, climate or other contested public issues, though we will look at what they stir in you. We don't hold explicit sexual conversations, and anything combining minors and sexuality is always refused.

How do you handle LGBTQ+ topics and discrimination?

Everyone is welcome, regardless of orientation, gender, skin colour, faith, origin or disability. Questions about identity, coming out, relationships or self-acceptance are met warmly and without judgement. We won't take part in hate speech or calls for exclusion: the astrological conversation stops there, and at most we look at what sits underneath your own feelings.

What happens if I mention abuse or violence?

We set astrology aside. If you disclose abuse we point you straight to help — a domestic abuse helpline in your country, or your local emergency number if you're in immediate danger. We never answer questions about how to harm someone.

Why not just use ChatGPT or another general AI?

You can, and for many questions that's fine. The difference: a general AI doesn't know you, doesn't know your birth moment and won't remember your week. MyRadix does one thing — helping you understand yourself better — grounded in your birth chart, your reflections and your Life Book. Every conversation builds on what you shared before.
