MyRadix is a reflection platform for personal growth. No fortune telling, no predictions, no medical, psychological or financial advice.
1. What MyRadix is
MyRadix combines astronomical calculation, established astrological knowledge, evidence-informed psychology and AI into texts that help you reflect. The service exists for self-insight and personal growth. MyRadix explicitly does not do fortune telling and never presents astrology as scientific proof or certainty about the future.
2. Not professional advice
The content is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice, and provides no diagnosis or treatment. For health, relationship, legal or money matters, always consult a qualified professional before making decisions.
3. Safety and crisis
MyRadix is not a care provider and offers no crisis service. In severe emotional distress or with thoughts of self-harm or suicide: contact someone you trust, a qualified professional, or your local emergency services (112 in the Netherlands; 113 Suicide Prevention via 113 or 0800-0113). MyRadix never uses astrology to explain or justify such thoughts.
4. Age
You must be at least 16 years old to use an account. Where the law requires it, parental or guardian consent is needed.
5. Your own choices
You remain responsible for your decisions. MyRadix encourages independent thinking and is deliberately not designed to create dependency, fear or urgency.
6. Other people's data
If you enter birth data for a partner, child, family member or friend, you confirm you have informed that person and, where needed, obtained their consent. For minors you are responsible as parent or guardian. At that person's request we will delete the profile concerned.
7. AI transparency
Texts are AI-generated on top of calculations and structured knowledge. The AI does not invent astronomy or astrology, but it can still be wrong, generalise or be incomplete. Treat every text as a conversation starter, not as fact about you.
8. Account and acceptable use
MyRadix is meant for personal, non-commercial use by an individual human being. Keep your credentials safe and do not share your account. Not allowed: automated access through scripts, bots, crawlers or scrapers, systematically reading, copying or republishing the service or parts of it, building your own service or product on top of MyRadix, commercial resale of the content, using the service to harm or profile others, or attempting to bypass security. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse. You are responsible for a strong, unique password and for keeping it secret. We recommend enabling two-step verification under Profile → Security. If you suspect someone else has access to your account, change your password immediately and report it to privacy@myradix.app.
9. Subscription, price and renewal
Prices are in euros and include VAT: €7.99 per month, €14.99 per 3 months or €48 per year. A subscription renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from the Billing page and it takes effect at the end of the current period. Payments run through our payment provider; we never store card details. For the first 14 days, clause 10 also applies.
10. Right of withdrawal and immediate delivery
As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period. By taking out a subscription you agree that the service is delivered immediately, before that period expires, and you expressly declare that you waive your right of withdrawal once your personal report and story have been fully delivered. If you do withdraw within 14 days, you pay at least one monthly term (€7.99 incl. VAT) for the report and story already delivered; on an annual subscription we refund the remainder (€48 minus €7.99). If nothing has been generated for you yet, you get a full refund. Refunds are made within 14 days of your withdrawal request using the same payment method. Send a withdrawal notice to hello@myradix.app.
11. Price changes
We may change our prices, but never within a period you have already paid for. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before an increase takes effect. If you disagree, you can cancel free of charge before that date; your current period simply runs to its end.
12. Intellectual property
The raw calculated chart data — positions, houses and aspects of your birth moment — are factual data you are free to use and share. The generated texts, chapters, templates, illustrations and design belong to MyRadix; you receive a personal, non-transferable right of use. You may read, keep, print and share them within your own circle, but not publish, sell, republish or use them to train AI models without our written permission. What you write remains yours; you only grant us the right to process that content in order to provide the service.
13. Accuracy of calculations and sources
The astronomical calculations run on astronomy-engine (Moshier), a public-domain analytical ephemeris, and are highly accurate, but the result is never better than what you enter: an estimated birth time, an imprecise birth place or a historical time zone that is not exactly known will shift the picture — the ascendant and house system most of all. We do not guarantee that calculations, location data or astrological interpretations are free of errors or complete. If you report a mistake, we correct it as soon as reasonably possible.
14. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, supplier outages and updates may cause temporary interruptions.
15. Cancellation, account deletion and termination by us
You can cancel at any time and delete your account, with all its profiles, stories and conversations, yourself from Settings. Deletion is permanent: we cannot restore deleted content. Afterwards we keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoice data for tax retention purposes, and the log of your legal acceptances as evidence. We may terminate an account for abuse, fraud or persistent breach of these terms; except in cases of serious abuse you will first get a warning and a reasonable period to put things right. If we terminate while you are not in breach, we refund the unused part of your period.
16. Liability
MyRadix is a reflection platform, not an adviser and not a care provider. To the extent mandatory law permits, we exclude all liability for damage arising from your use of the service or from the texts you read here — you remain responsible for your own choices (see clauses 2 and 5). Expressly excluded in any event is indirect and consequential damage, such as missed opportunities, lost profit, loss of data or non-material damage. Where exclusion is not legally permitted in your case, our liability is in any event limited to the amount of the subscription period running at that time — so at most one monthly term (€7.99) or one annual term (€48). This exclusion and limitation do not apply to the extent the law forbids it, such as in case of our own intent or wilful recklessness; if part of this clause proves invalid, the remainder stays fully in force.
17. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at hosting, AI or email providers, internet or power failures, cyber attacks, natural disasters or government measures. If such a situation lasts longer than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement free of charge.
18. Changes to these terms
Non-material changes — clarifications, language fixes, new contact details — take effect immediately with a new version date at the top of this page. Material changes that affect your rights are announced by email at least 30 days in advance, including the effective date. If you disagree, you can cancel free of charge before that date; if you keep using the service after it, that counts as acceptance.
19. Assignment, severability and entire agreement
We may transfer our rights and obligations in a merger or acquisition, provided your rights are not diminished; you may not transfer your account without our permission. If a provision is void or unenforceable, the rest remains fully in force and we replace that provision with a valid one of the closest possible effect. These terms, together with the privacy policy and cookie policy, form the entire agreement between you and MyRadix.
20. Governing law and complaints
Dutch law applies to these terms; as a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country of residence. If you have a complaint, email hello@myradix.app first — we confirm within 3 working days and reply substantively within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, consumers in the EU can file via the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or bring the dispute before the competent court in the Netherlands or in their own country of residence.
