Our starting point: we store as little as possible. Only what is strictly needed to compute your chart and personalise your reflections.

Data minimisation first

We collect as little as possible. No street address or house number (birth city only), no phone number, no card details on our servers — those stay with the payment provider. No tracking or advertising profiles, no selling of data, ever. Where possible we work pseudonymously or with hashes, for example your IP address when recording a consent.

Controller

MyRadix is the controller for this processing. Contact: privacy@myradix.app.

What we store and why it is the minimum

Account: email and display name — needed to sign in and address you. Birth data: date, time and city-level place — the chart cannot be computed without these three; a precise address adds nothing. Life Book notes and AI conversations: only what you write yourself, so your reflections stay coherent. Subscription status: plan and period; we never see your card. Usage data: minimal aggregated statistics to detect failures.

Legal bases

Performance of the contract (account, subscription), your explicit consent (birth data and personal notes), legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention) and legal obligation (accounting and tax retention).

Sensitive content you write

Your Life Book and conversations may contain sensitive material. That content is visible only to you, is never used for marketing and is never shared with other users. Share only what you are comfortable with — you can delete any entry at any time.

We never sell your data

MyRadix has never sold your data, does not sell it, and will never sell or rent it to advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your birth data, notes or conversations to train external AI models, and we do not share them with other users. Our business model is the subscription — nothing else.

Processors and sub-processors

We work with a small, fixed set of providers, each under a data processing agreement: a hosting provider for hosting, database and authentication (EU region); an AI gateway for generating texts with AI models; Resend for email delivery; Stripe for payment processing (Stripe sees your payment details, we do not). If we add or replace a provider, we update this list and increase the version of this document. Per-provider details are available via privacy@myradix.app.

Transfers outside the EEA

Where a processor handles data outside the European Economic Area, this is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses plus additional safeguards such as encryption and minimising the fields transferred.

AI and your content

Texts are generated by AI models on top of astronomical calculations and structured knowledge. Your personal content is not used to train AI models. There is no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.

Retention

Account data and content are kept while your account exists. After you delete your account we erase your content from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days. Billing records are kept for 7 years due to tax law. Consent records are kept as long as needed for evidence.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Much of this you can do yourself from your profile; otherwise contact privacy@myradix.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Security and breaches

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access and row-level security per user, and logging of administrative actions. Every account can enable two-step verification (a code from an authenticator app) under Profile → Security; we strongly recommend doing so, as it is the most effective protection against a leaked password. No phone number is required, and we do not store one. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to you, we inform you and the supervisory authority within the statutory deadlines.

Children

MyRadix is not intended for users under 16. If you enter data about a child or another person, you are responsible for their consent, or that of their parent or guardian.

Changes

For substantive changes we increase the version of this document and show the new date at the top.
