Question 1

What makes MyRadix different from a regular horoscope?

Accepted Answer

Your chart gives context, your patterns make it personal. MyRadix combines your story, patterns you recognise yourself, daily moments, conversations, insights and your Life Book into one personal system. Astrology stays in the background — never a prediction machine.

Question 2

What is MyRadix?

Accepted Answer

MyRadix is an AI-powered birth-chart and personal-reflection platform. It combines precise astronomy, cited astrology knowledge, evidence-informed psychology and AI to help you reflect and grow. It is explicitly not fortune telling.

Question 3

What exactly do I get?

Accepted Answer

Free: your personal birth chart, the first chapter of 'Your Story' as a preview, factual chart reports, the public daily reflection and 2 reflection questions a day. With Premium: all of 'Your Story', the complete birth report written in chapters, the Astrological Foundation, your personal daily, weekly, monthly and yearly horoscope, unlimited Ask MyRadix, your Life Book, your personal letters and relationship letters. Also part of Premium: Year in View, your yearly overview with monthly letters, the mood of each month and your solar return report. The personalized monthly letter is included in Premium; the general monthly Zeitgeist sketch is visible to everyone.

Question 4

What is 'Ask MyRadix'?

Accepted Answer

Ask MyRadix is the conversation module: you ask a question and get a reflective answer that takes your own chart, current transits and our knowledge library into account. Each conversation is called a reflection and is saved.

Question 5

What is 'Your first introduction'?

Accepted Answer

Once your birth details are complete, MyRadix writes a short personal introduction: a calm first impression of who you are according to your chart, with a few themes to reflect on. You'll find it on your home page and as a card on the Insights page. Dismiss it on Home and it stays saved on Insights, where one click shows it on Home again. It is not a prediction but an invitation to reflect — and a good first question to take into Ask MyRadix.

Question 6

What are the letters?

Accepted Answer

Letters to you: MyRadix writes a letter about the period ahead — what is moving, when it is likely to become noticeable, and one thing to take with you. You don't write them yourself; they are written from your chart and the current sky and kept so you can read them back later. There are also relationship letters about the dynamic between two people. Letters are part of Premium. All your letters come together in Year in View, so you can look back month by month.

Question 7

What is the Life Book?

Accepted Answer

Your Life Book is where your reflections, notes and moments come together. You can save answers from Ask MyRadix, so over time you can see what was going on and what changed. Saved insights and completed reports also appear in this timeline — they belong to the period in which they arose. There is one Life Book per account, owned by you, even with multiple profiles. With the 'To Life Book' button on the Insights page you save an insight as an entry; if the insight belongs to another profile, that profile's name is noted.

Question 8

What are Insights?

Accepted Answer

Insights is your personal library of everything you save with the 'Save as insight' button: reflections, chart fragments and your own notes. Each insight belongs to the profile it was created for. At the top of the Insights page you choose between the active profile and all profiles; with all profiles, each card shows a name label, and older insights without a profile appear under 'No profile'. With the 'To Life Book' button you save an insight as an entry in your Life Book, where they also appear in the timeline.

Question 9

What are Patterns?

Accepted Answer

Patterns is a weekly look back at recurring themes in your Life Book entries and reflections. MyRadix gathers what keeps coming back, so you can see your own movements over time. The more you write, the sharper the patterns become.

Question 10

What is the Self Profile?

Accepted Answer

Your Self Profile is twelve words MyRadix distills from what you write in your Life Book and reflections. You'll find it on the Patterns page, you can adjust the words yourself, and MyRadix carries them into future reflections so they become more personal.

Question 11

Which horoscopes do I get?

Accepted Answer

Your horoscope hub has five tabs: Today, Tomorrow, This week, This month and This year. Each overview describes which movements in the sky touch your chart and which themes you might recognise — descriptive and reflective, never a prediction. The personal horoscopes are part of Premium; the general daily reflection is free.

Question 12

What is Year in View?

Accepted Answer

Year in View is your yearly overview: twelve months side by side, each with your letters, the mood of that month and — in your birthday month — your solar return report. One glance shows how your year unfolds, and you can read back and ahead easily.

Question 13

What is the Zeitgeist and how should I read it?

Accepted Answer

The Zeitgeist is a general monthly sketch: it describes the astronomical movements and themes of that month for everyone, not a personal prediction. Think of it as background music of the month — an invitation to notice what is in the air. In 'Year in View' you see a short summary per month; 'Read the letter' opens the full version. The personalized monthly letter, written specifically for you and your chart, is included in Premium.

Question 14

Is the personalized monthly letter free?

Accepted Answer

No. The general Zeitgeist sketch is visible to everyone. The personal monthly letter, which connects the month's sky to your own chart and life, is part of Premium — just like the weekly letter and the personal horoscopes.

Question 15

What is the solar return report (birthday report) and how is it different from the birth report?

Accepted Answer

The birth report (your birth chart) is about the moment you were born and never changes. The solar return report is written around your birthday: it describes the themes of the life year that then begins. You'll find it under Reports and in Year in View, in your birthday month.

Question 16

Can I get the daily reflection by email?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can sign up on the homepage for the daily reflection by email — no account needed. You confirm your signup by email (double opt-in), choose Dutch or English, and can unsubscribe with one click from any email.

Question 17

What is the difference between 'Your Story' and the 'Astrological Foundation'?

Accepted Answer

'Your Story' is the narrative layer: readable, personal, jargon-free. The Astrological Foundation shows, per chapter, which placements, aspects and sources sit behind it, so you can always check where something comes from. Every foundation entry carries three labels. Weight shows how strongly a placement counts in that chapter. Reliability shows how well documented the source is. Timing shows whether it is something lasting in your birth chart or a movement that is active right now.

Question 18

Can I create multiple profiles?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Besides your own profile you can add profiles for a partner, children or family. Free includes 1 personal profile. Premium — 1 month and Premium — 3 months include 2 personal profiles; Premium yearly includes 4 personal profiles.

Question 19

Which conversations do I see on myradix.chat?

Accepted Answer

Only the conversations of your own main profile. Conversations you start in MyRadix.app from another profile — for example about your partner or child — do not appear there and cannot be continued there. That keeps myradix.chat your personal conversation space.

Question 20

Do I need to know my exact birth time?

Accepted Answer

No. You can mark your birth time as unknown; MyRadix will still generate a meaningful chart, with time-sensitive parts (like houses and Ascendant) clearly labelled as approximate. You can update the time later.

Question 21

How do I find my exact birth time?

Accepted Answer

In the Netherlands your birth time is recorded on your birth certificate. Request an 'afschrift' (a full certified copy) from the municipality where you were born — you can do this online with DigiD and pay straight away (roughly €16 to €17). Do not request an 'uittreksel', as that is a summary which usually omits the time. The copy arrives by post and delivery times vary per municipality. Elsewhere the procedure differs: check your country's civil registry or the hospital where you were born. If you can't find it, MyRadix still works — mark the time as unknown and time-sensitive parts are labelled as approximate.

Question 22

Which languages are supported?

Accepted Answer

Dutch and English. Your language choice is remembered and applies everywhere — including your report, horoscopes and Ask MyRadix answers.

Question 23

Where do the 'Themes for today' on my home page come from?

Accepted Answer

Those themes belong to the context you selected — work, relationships or health, for example. They are not predictions and are not recalculated daily: they are the fixed angles of that context. Tapping a theme opens a new reflection with that subject as its starting point. Use 'View context' to change which area of life gets attention.

Question 24

How does the weekly letter on my home page work?

Accepted Answer

With letters switched on, MyRadix writes a new weekly letter automatically every Sunday morning. Your home page shows the most recent letter with its date so you can read it right away. If letters are still off, you can enable them there in one click. All your letters come together in Year in View, ordered by month.

Question 25

Can I set a different language per profile?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The switch in the top right changes the interface between Dutch and English, and each profile can have its own preferred language for reports, horoscopes and letters. Texts already written keep their original language; new texts follow the language you set.

Question 26

Where can I edit a profile's birth data?

Accepted Answer

You can edit birth data via Profile → Birth Data in the portal. There you can change or remove the date, time, birthplace and time reliability for any profile. To prevent misuse, birth data cannot be changed without limit: each profile allows one change per 90 days, with a short waiting period between changes. If you need a genuine correction, contact us at any time.

Question 27

How do time zones and UTC work in MyRadix?

Accepted Answer

Always enter your birth time as the local time on your birth date. MyRadix converts it to UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) together with your birthplace for the astronomical calculations. For example, in summer time the Netherlands is UTC+2: 09:41 in Amsterdam is 07:41 UTC. In winter time the Netherlands is UTC+1.

Question 28

Is astrology scientifically proven?

Accepted Answer

No, and MyRadix will never claim otherwise. We treat astrology as a rich language for reflection — not as prediction or proof.

Question 29

Where do your interpretations come from?

Accepted Answer

From a curated knowledge library with published sources, references, confidence scores and versions, complemented by evidence-informed psychology. The AI may only use that recorded knowledge — it never invents astrology or calculations.

Question 30

How are the calculations made?

Accepted Answer

All positions, houses, aspects, transits, progressions and synastry are computed purely astronomically by our engine. AI never touches those numbers; it only explains them.

Question 31

Does MyRadix predict my future?

Accepted Answer

No. The horoscopes describe which current sky movements (transits) are active and which themes you might recognise in them. They say nothing about what will happen.

Question 32

What data do you store?

Accepted Answer

Your account, birth data, additional profiles, Life Book entries, reflections and product usage. We never sell your data and collect as little as possible.

Question 33

Who can see my data?

Accepted Answer

Only you. Your data is isolated per account at the database level; it is not shared with other users and not used to train external AI models.

Question 34

Why can birth data only be changed a limited number of times?

Accepted Answer

Because birth data is the basis of everything we write for you. Entering new data over and over would make it possible to produce stories for other people outside your profiles. So each profile allows one change per 90 days, with a short waiting period. Your existing story and reports stay intact; if you need a genuine correction, get in touch.

Question 35

Can I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can request deletion at any time from your profile — your data is permanently removed.

Question 36

What does MyRadix cost?

Accepted Answer

Getting started is free (€0) and includes 1 personal profile. Premium is €7.99 per month, €14.99 per 3 months (€5.00 per month) or €48 per year (€4.00 per month). Monthly and 3-month plans include 2 personal profiles, yearly includes 4. All prices shown include VAT.

Question 37

What is included in the free plan?

Accepted Answer

Free gives you: your full birth chart, the first chapter of 'Your Story' as a preview, factual chart reports (1 per day, 3 stored), the public daily reflection and 8 reflection questions a day to MyRadix (shared with the Life Book and myradix.chat). Premium adds: all of 'Your Story', your complete birth report, your personal horoscopes (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), AI reports, unlimited reflection, your personal letters and relationship letters.

Question 38

Is the personal horoscope free?

Accepted Answer

No. The public daily reflection is free for everyone. Your personal horoscope is calculated and written for you individually, so it is part of Premium.

Question 39

How many questions can I ask for free?

Accepted Answer

Eight per day. That counter is shared by Ask MyRadix (on myradix.chat) and the summaries in your Life Book. With Premium, reflection is unlimited.

Question 40

What is the difference between 1 month, 3 months and yearly?

Accepted Answer

Every Premium plan unlocks the same features; only the term, the effective monthly price and the number of profiles differ. 1 month: €7.99 per month, 2 personal profiles, cancel monthly. 3 months: €14.99 per 3 months — effectively €5.00 per month, 2 personal profiles. Yearly: €48 per year — effectively €4.00 per month and 4 personal profiles, which is the best value.

Question 41

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your access continues until the end of the paid period. After that your existing birth report stays readable — only generating new reports, horoscopes and reflections stops.

Question 42

How do I cancel Premium?

Accepted Answer

From the Billing page in your account — one click, no notice period.

Question 43

Does MyRadix give medical or psychological advice?

Accepted Answer

No. MyRadix is a reflection tool, not a substitute for care. If you are struggling or in crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Question 44

How does the AI handle sensitive topics?

Accepted Answer

Our safety layer screens messages before they reach the AI. At any sign of distress or self-harm the AI responds with empathy and points to real help — never to astrology.

Question 45

Is astrology used to explain heavy feelings?

Accepted Answer

Never. We do not use astrology to interpret or justify anxiety, loss or suicidal thoughts. Safety always comes before astrology.

Question 46

How do you protect my data?

Accepted Answer

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access runs through roles and row-level security, so nobody can reach someone else's reflections. Administrative actions are logged. On top of that we deliberately store as little as possible: no address, no phone number, no payment details on our servers.

Question 47

Can I enable two-step verification (2FA)?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we recommend it. Go to Profile → Security, scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, 1Password, Bitwarden or Authy, and confirm with the six-digit code. From then on we ask for that code alongside your password. No phone number is required.

Question 48

What if I lose my authenticator app?

Accepted Answer

Choose 'Forgot password' on the sign-in screen. You will receive a link at your verified email address to regain access, after which you can set two-step verification up again. So keep your email address current and well protected.

Question 49

What do you do in case of a data breach?

Accepted Answer

If a breach poses a risk to you, we inform you and the Dutch Data Protection Authority within the statutory deadlines, with an honest explanation of what happened and what you can do.

Question 50

What does MyRadix not discuss?

Accepted Answer

MyRadix reflects, it doesn't debate. We take no position on politics, war, climate or other contested public issues, though we will look at what they stir in you. We don't hold explicit sexual conversations, and anything combining minors and sexuality is always refused.

Question 51

How do you handle LGBTQ+ topics and discrimination?

Accepted Answer

Everyone is welcome, regardless of orientation, gender, skin colour, faith, origin or disability. Questions about identity, coming out, relationships or self-acceptance are met warmly and without judgement. We won't take part in hate speech or calls for exclusion: the astrological conversation stops there, and at most we look at what sits underneath your own feelings.

Question 52

What happens if I mention abuse or violence?

Accepted Answer

We set astrology aside. If you disclose abuse we point you straight to help — a domestic abuse helpline in your country, or your local emergency number if you're in immediate danger. We never answer questions about how to harm someone.

Question 53

Why not just use ChatGPT or another general AI?

Accepted Answer

You can, and for many questions that's fine. The difference: a general AI doesn't know you, doesn't know your birth moment and won't remember your week. MyRadix does one thing — helping you understand yourself better — grounded in your birth chart, your reflections and your Life Book. Every conversation builds on what you shared before.

Question 54

What does MyRadix deliberately not do?

Accepted Answer

MyRadix does not predict the future, does not diagnose, never makes decisions for you and makes no mystical claims. It is a mirror for reflection — you remain the expert on your own life.

Question 55

How does choosing a life domain in Ask MyRadix work?

Accepted Answer

You can pick a domain up front, for example Love & relationships or Career, so MyRadix looks through that lens. Choose 'Open' and MyRadix recognises what your question is about, shown at the top as 'Detected automatically'. You can change the domain yourself at any time with one tap.

Question 56

Can I turn the example questions off?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In your profile you choose whether example questions always show, only on request (the default), or never. Typing a question mark brings them up too.

Question 57

Can I choose which page I land on?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In your profile you set your start page: Home, Ask MyRadix, the Life Book or your horoscope.

Question 58

Is there help inside the app?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every signed-in page has a question mark at the bottom right, and the menu has a 'Help' item. It searches short explanations relevant to your current page; if nothing matches, MyRadix answers your question from those same texts.

Question 59

What is the Founders programme?

Accepted Answer

Founders are the first members of MyRadix. They keep Premium free through 31 December 2026. Your personal invite link lets friends create an account straight away.

Question 60

Which emails will I receive?

Accepted Answer

New accounts get a short welcome series with practical tips, plus your weekly and monthly letters and a birthday letter. The daily reflection by email is off by default. You can turn everything on or off in your email preferences; letters always stay available in the app.

Question 61

How do I get in touch and receive an answer?

Accepted Answer

Send a message through the contact form. You'll receive a ticket number so our reply stays with your question. We're a small team and answer every message.

Question 62

Who can see my reflections and notes?

Accepted Answer

Only you. Your reflections, notes and birth details are private. You can have your account and everything in it deleted at any time.

Question 63

What is the extended daily reading and where do I find it?

Accepted Answer

Your personal day page opens with one personal theme. 'Read your extended daily reading' takes you straight to the full reading of that day: how your theme plays out in familiar situations, where the day opens space and what asks for attention, the key moments of morning, afternoon and evening, and your reflection question. The extended reading is not a second horoscope — it is the same personal daily reading, already calculated, written out in full.

Question 64

What do I see under 'See the grounding'?

Accepted Answer

Under 'See the grounding' you calmly open on the same page how your horoscope comes about: your birth placements, the day's active transits with strength and time window, four steps under 'How does it work?', and the Chart of this day — your birth chart inside, the current sky outside. We close with the note that astrology offers direction and reflection, not certainty.
